Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans.



Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Integral New Bets team. You'll be driving business development initiatives for insurance products, while partnering closely with strategic counterparties globally.

You'll pursue new opportunities, improve existing product profitability, and have end-to-end ownership over new insurance bets.
