Hybrid: This role requires being on site 3 days per week.
What you will do (Responsibilities)

-Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
-Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
-Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
-Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
-Build and manage relationships
-Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
-Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
-Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
-Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
-Assist in customer problem resolution
-Performs other related duties as assigned
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Ability to manage regional targets, analyze commercial performance,



and prepare executive business performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree (graduated) in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields (mandatory).
- No more than 5 years in commercial management, dealer management, or similar roles (mandatory).
- Experience in the automotive industry, retail segment (mandatory).
- Intermediate English level, with the ability to participate in business meetings and deliver presentations (mandatory).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (mandatory).
- Availability to work under a hybrid model (3 days on site).
- Availability for national travel to manage and support the assigned dealer network.
