About The Role

This is a senior, strategic People Partnering role with genuine regional authority. You will lead the Americas People Partner function across the US and LATAM, setting the strategy, influencing the Executive team, and delivering tangible outcomes at pace.
This role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect. While we operate a versátil model, we expect you to spend 2 - 3 days on site at our Buenos Aires Delivery Centre for collaboration and leadership engagement.
