The opportunity

The position is for the GDS team within EY Brand, Marketing and Communications and will be aligned to the Communications and Engagement pillar. This position will work with our stakeholder team to create compelling content for various internal communications deliverables, ensuring seamless, high-quality execution. The candidate may be required to manage some of the internal channels including, but not limited to, the Outlook shared mailbox, intranet content and SharePoint.

Your key responsibilities
- Support communications and engagement programs for EY’s multiple audiences; proactively identify their diverse needs.
- Work with the team leaders on the rollout of internal communications and engagement programs.
- Execute the communication and engagement strategy, and associated implementation.
- Develop strong relationships with internal clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Help deploy consistent communications plans that reach key internal audiences.
- Help execute campaigns with high quality and engaging communications.




- Manage metrics and impact for communications campaigns.
- Help project manage and coordinate the team’s overall planning process and help ensure key deadlines are met.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Overall, 1-3 years of communications, including at least 1 year of internal communications experience
- Graduate – Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, journalism, communications or public relations
- Knowledge of and skills in delivering contemporary marketing and communication initiatives
