A Senior Visual Designer at DEPT® is a highly skilled designer with exceptional craft, strong visual storytelling abilities, and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life across digital experiences and marketing campaigns.

Working closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and cross‑functional partners, you will help translate creative direction into polished, production‑ready design that meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.

While execution is at the core of this role, you are more than a production resource. You bring thoughtful design solutions, contribute visual ideas, and help elevate the work through strong creative instincts and attention to detail.

You thrive in fast‑moving environments, balancing creativity with precision, and are energized by the challenge of scaling great ideas across channels, formats, and audiences.

Responsibilities
- AI‑Enhanced Production Ecosystems: Advanced capability in adopting and implementing generative AI tools (such as Midjourney,



Runway, Vizcom, and Weavy) into the design pipeline to maximize asset velocity, explore vanguard concepts, and drive structural innovation.
- Closely collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Generative AI Artists, and cross‑functional teams to bring creative ideas to life across campaigns and digital experiences.
- Execute and scale high‑quality design across a wide range of deliverables, including campaign assets, presentations, product‑inspired marketing materials, digital experiences, social content, and branded communications.
- Translate established creative direction into polished, production‑ready design while maintaining consistency across channels, formats, and audiences.
- Create and adapt product UI, interface components, diagrams, icons, and supporting visual assets that accurately reflect the ChatGPT experience across marketing and launc
