This is an entry-level role for someone who has foundational knowledge of email or digital marketing and wants to develop deep expertise in lifecycle campaigns, automation, and data‑driven optimization. You will work side by side with the Director of Marketing, building real skills in platforms like Twilio and SendGrid while contributing to campaigns that directly impact customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Support
- Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid under senior supervision
- Help set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding sequences, re‑engagement campaigns, retention triggers, and other lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Support the management of audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files, and workflow documentation
- Assist in preparing and formatting email templates in collaboration with the design team
- Coordinate campaign timelines, internal deliverables, and marketing calendars to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
- Maintain organized libraries of marketing assets, templates, and campaign documentation
