As one of our Client Relationship Managers (CRM) working within the Institutional Client Service Group, you will have direct responsibility for overseeing and servicing a territory representing a wide array of institutional investor clients, including large corporate, public, and endowment/foundation plan sponsors. Our clients span all Capital Group offerings—equity, fixed income, and multi‑asset—and include defined benefit pension providers, defined contribution plan sponsors, and endowments/foundations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and service your assigned territory, maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients.
- Co‑ordinate, collaborate, and partner with internal Capital Group teams and external field consultants to deliver seamless client service.
- Retain and grow overall relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and deepening engagement.
- Conduct proactive client outreach through calls and visits, delivering a superior client service experience.
- Represent Capital Group at industry events and client meetings,



fostering long‑term partnerships.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in the institutional space.
- Track record of delivering excellence in client service and sales within the institutional channel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead teams toward successful client outcomes.
- Proven ability to navigate internal Capital Group resources to achieve superior client service.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Required registrations: Series 7, and either Series 66 or 63, and Series 65.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000.

In addition to competitive base pay, you will be eligible for:
