What You Will Do
As a member of Prisma’s General Customer Success Team, you will be instrumental in delivering a world‑class customer experience with a focus on proactive engagement and fostering long‑term relationships. The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution,



and delivery of projects across teams. This role ensures that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are managed effectively while serving as a key communication hub between stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones. Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and action item trackers. Distribute updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling to support project needs.
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Identify potential risks and issues, elevate as needed, and help implement mitigation strategies.
