About The Role
We're hiring a Tech Lead, Full Stack to own and build our customer onboarding platform from scratch.
This platform powers how patients enter our ecosystem, guiding them through eligibility, recommendations, and treatment selection. It's the front door to our business: a high-conversion, high-performance onboarding experience that directly impacts growth and patient outcomes. You'll work directly with the founders, partnering closely on product direction, architecture, and key technical decisions as we build and scale.



This is a highly visible role with direct impact on product, growth, and patient experience.
- Designing the system architecture

Core Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack experience (Strong Node.js, React, and TypeScript experience required)
- Experience with relational databases like Postgres
- Proven experience owning and building systems from scratch (0 to 1) in production environments
- Strong backend and system design skills, with the ability to make tradeoffs around scalability, performance, and reliability
- Experience owning architecture end-to-end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AWS
