THE ROLE
As an Associate on our Programmatic team, you will support our Programmatic Managers in the daily execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across diverse digital channels. You’ll become part of the ‘science’ of media, learning the technical details of Demand Side Platforms and turning raw data into successful marketing outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Campaign Launch & Setup: Support technical setup of programmatic campaigns within DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon, ensuring accurate targeting, budgets, and dates.
- Pacing & Budget Management: Monitor daily spend to make sure budgets pace evenly and align with client objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Pull and organize data for weekly and monthly performance reports, uncovering trends and optimization opportunities.
- Creative Trafficking:



Coordinate with the Ad Operations team to ensure creative assets and tracking tags fire correctly.
- Brand Safety & Quality: Audit placement lists to guarantee client ads appear in brand‑safe, high‑quality environments.
- Optimization Support: Assist managers with tactical adjustments—such as bid changes or audience shifts—to improve performance against KPIs.
- Industry Learning: Stay updated on evolving programmatic formats, privacy regulations, and identity solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a media or agency setting.
- Baseline understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and how programmatic differs from traditional media.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a habit of double‑checking every setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comfortable with formulas and data organization.
