As a Resourcing and Deployment – Senior Associate, you will manage and optimize the deployment of employees to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time. You will collaborate with subject‑matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, and align with market developments and firm strategy.

What You Must Have
