- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, network support, desktop support, or Smart Hands services.
- Working technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, televisions, projectors, IP phones, peripherals, structured cabling, and site security equipment.
- Experience performing onsite hardware installation, replacement, troubleshooting, and break/fix support.
- Knowledge of structured cabling, patch panels, network racks, cable tracing, cable testing, and cable management.
- Basic understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, and switching.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and assist with the administration of switches, routers, wireless infrastructure, and firewalls under the guidance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team.
- Ability to configure routers and switches under the direction of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team.
- Experience assisting with the integration, installation,



and customization of hardware components within operating systems and enterprise network environments under the guidance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team.
- Familiarity with data center operations, including server hardware support, rack-and-stack activities, patching, equipment installation, labeling, inventory management, and remote hands support.
- Knowledge of backup, tape, and Microsoft Exchange infrastructures.
- Ability to assist with supporting data center infrastructure and application architecture.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation, incident reporting, and the ability to facilitate workshops for gathering technical and operational requirements.
- Experience working on projects of moderate complexity while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and intercompany team
