We are partnering with a global luxury travel organization undergoing a major AI-driven digital transformation. We are looking for a Senior AI Architect who will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions that improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business decision-making across a highly complex integral operation.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will define the organization's AI architecture roadmap, guide technical direction, and collaborate closely with executive leadership, product teams, engineering, operations, and data teams to bring enterprise AI initiatives into production.

What You'll Do:

Enterprise AI Strategy
- Define and own the enterprise AI architecture roadmap.
- Design scalable AI and machine learning platforms aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate AI technologies, cloud platforms,



and enterprise tooling.
- Establish AI governance standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Develop governance around AI infrastructure usage, including compute resources and token consumption.

Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership across AI, machine learning, and software engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and data scientists on AI architecture and engineering best practices.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives through full production deployment.
- Implement MLOps best practices including:
- CI/CD for machine learning models
- Automated retraining
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.

AI Solution Development: Design enterprise AI solutions supporting areas such as:
- Customer personalization
- Predictive analytics
- Demand forecasting
- Operational planning
- Predictive maintenance
