Engagement Manager, gTech Ads (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.

As an Engagement Manager,



you will be key to creating an excellent end‑to‑end experience for Google’s top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product‑aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives. You will serve as a unified services partner who designs and orchestrates gTech end‑to‑end services, and represents gTech Ads to sellers and client executives. gTech Ads is a team of thought leaders, addressing our clients’ complex business challenges, and program managers, designing plans and gathering resources to help accomplish our ambition for excellent end‑to‑end experience. You will play a complementary role to sellers, through their technical, media and product skills. You serve as the bridge between Google Ads and client’s.
