In Argentina within the Enterprise Workflow Automation & BPM industry, we are actively seeking a Bizagi BPM Technical Lead to strengthen our team. Your mission will be to design robust BPM solution architectures, drive enterprise-level workflow automation, and establish engineering standards and governance frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.

This is you
- Advanced expertise in Bizagi BPM Suite, including Modeler, Studio, and Automation components.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modeling standards and software quality assurance practices.
- Proven experience designing scalable BPM solution architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and technical gatekeeping for engineering and development teams.
- Solid understanding of systems integration utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in effort estimation, project planning, and technical risk assessment.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder communication skills.

Nice-to-have skills
- Official Bizagi Professional or Developer certification.
- Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps principles applied to automation.
- Experience working within an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) or similar corporate governance structure.

- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end automated business processes using Bizagi BPM Suite.
- Define and enforce development methodologies, coding standards, code review practices, and governance frameworks across the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor engineering members, encouraging professional skill advancement and technical excellence.
