Delaware Valley Paving is seeking an experienced and driven Excavation Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing excavation, site development, utility, grading, and earthwork projects from pre-construction through closeout.
The adecuado candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with customers, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.

What You'll Do
Project Management
- Manage multiple excavation and site development projects simultaneously.
- Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project scopes.
- Develop project schedules and coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges to keep projects on schedule.
- Conduct site visits and project meetings to ensure quality and productivity.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and profitability.




- Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare and negotiate change orders.
- Track labor productivity and equipment utilization.
- Forecast project costs and maintain accurate reporting.

Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, contractors, engineers, and municipalities.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates.
- Build long‑term customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Field Operations
- Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to coordinate daily operations.
- Support crews with project planning, logistics, and problem‑solving.
- Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, permits, and resources needed for success.

Safety & Compliance
- Promote and enforce company safety standards and OSHA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all project specifications, permits, and regulatio
