Opportunity

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a part of Information Security that enables over 330,000 individuals across 140+ countries to access systems and information securely. As a member of the IAM team, this position will contribute to the execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, including but not limited to a complex Active Directory (AD) environment, hybrid cloud deployment, mobile computing,



policy‑driven security, SSO, identity lifecycle management, and federation focusing on multiple protocols.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Be a liaison between customer requirements and technology functionality
- Understand customer mindset in terms of approach and interaction
- Conduct proper root‑cause analysis and make recommendations to improve IAM processes or prevent future occurrences of end‑user issues
- Provide technical advice for customer mail distribution inquiries and queries related to distribution lists and list support
- Document issue details and resolutions into the support tracking system (ServiceNow)
