THE ROLE:

As an Associate, Search Deployment, you will support the successful execution of paid search campaigns through high‑quality campaign builds, QA, trafficking, and deployment across search platforms. You'll develop expertise in campaign implementation, platform workflows, and deployment processes while partnering closely with Activation teams to bring strategy to market.



This role is designed for someone learning a new job, moving from foundational training to independent, error‑free execution of standard tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and launch paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other supported platforms using documented specifications.
- Execute campaign deployments using platform editors, bulk uploads, and standardized spreadsheet‑based workflows while ensuring accuracy and adherence to DEPT® best practices.
- Monitor deployment timelines, proactively communicate risks, and ensure campaigns launch according to project deadlines.
- Perform comprehensive QA of campaign settings, ads, keywords, audiences, budgets, tracking, and URLs prior to launch.
- Maintain deployment documentation, process guides, and implementation records to support operational consistency.
- Partner with Activation teams to translate
