Tax Solutions provides a comprehensive tax operations solution which includes technology, consulting, and a robust managed service offering that enables clients to meet their daily compliance needs. Tax Utility is a solution that provides a mechanism to securely exchange and share tax documentation with counterparties.

This position will provide client support to the Tax Utility community of users.

Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
- Work closely with Tax Solutions CS Leadership team in spearheading regional support coverage and client relationship management. Act as an escalation point of contact for the US clients.




- Deliver basic troubleshooting and resolutions with strategic escalation of middle to complex queries to subject matter experts while maintaining ownership of the overall client experience.
- Provide engaging product demonstrations for current and prospective clients to showcase platform capabilities, drive user adoption, and support sales initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a small client‑facing team supporting technology products, fostering collaborative problem‑solving and knowledge sharing to enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, resolutions, and feedback to support continuous service improvement and build institutional knowledge.
