We’re looking for experienced Billing Specialists with expertise in Collections and QuickBooks Online to join our team. We offer adaptable work options to fit your schedule. ⏰? ? What You’ll Do:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP. ?
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and reporting. ?
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. ?
Manage and file U.S. tax forms (e.g., federal and state returns, 1099s, etc.). ?
Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations. ??
Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar) for bookkeeping and reporting. ?
Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed. ?
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. ?




Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. ?
✅ Our Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as an Accountant working with U.S.-based companies.
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements. ?
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software. ??
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP). ?
Experience preparing and filing U.S. tax returns and reports. ?
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ?
Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken). ?
High attention to detail and accuracy. ?
Reliable laptop (2017 or newer) and stable internet connection. ??
Reside permanently in Latin America. ?
