Job Duties

Mobilization
- Ability to support Manager with the initial build of client playbooks and negotiation guides, including:
- Analyzing existing contracts and playbooks;
- Identifying substantive and material changes in existing contract terms to prepare negotiation guides; and,




- Supporting EY led workshops for the creation of contracts operations artifacts.

Contract Negotiator

Qualifications
- J.D., Paralegal Certificate, or similar certification (preferred, but not required, without would expect to be at the high-end of experience scale);
- 3-5 years’ experience drafting (template based), reviewing, redlining, and negotiating low to medium complexity (with occasional high complexity) procurement contracts (preferably within the target industry or in a specific category)
- 3-5 years’ experience working with CLM tools, including initial implementation; and,
- Some experience identifying continuous improvement opportunities within an existing process or documents
