Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Leadership
- Design and implement the BU strategy for the full portfolio, prioritizing growth in Onco-Hematology as the core business area.
- Leverage data, insights, and forecasting to support strategic decisions and optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure alignment with integral and regional priorities.

2. Excellence in Launch Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major product launches.
- Drive cross-functional launch processes, partnering with Marketing, Medical, Access, Supply, Digital,



and Global/Regional teams.
- Ensure early competitive positioning and rapid market adoption.

3. Deep Knowledge of the Onco‑Hematology Ecosystem
- Maintain a strong understanding of the therapeutic landscape, competitive pipeline, and market dynamics.
- Develop strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, scientific societies, and top institutions.
- Identify opportunities and anticipate access barriers.

4. Market Access and Healthcare System Engagement
- Lead access, pricing, and negotiation strategies across public and private payers.
- Navigate the complexities of the Argentinian healthcare system (PAMI, union-based healthcare, private payers, provincial networks).
- Develop innovative access models and strategic agreements where needed.

5. Team Leadership, Talent Development and Succession Planning
- Lead and develop teams across Marketing, Sales, Access, and other key BU roles.
