Qualifications Mandatory Requirements - ? Completed degree studies (e.g., Business Administration, Digital Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar).

- ? 2–10 years of work experience. At least 2 years of experience in CMT companies.
- ? Advanced Excel skills.
- ? Knowledge in Project Management / PMO.
- ? Experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
- ?? Advanced English (written and spoken).

Desirable

Requirements - ? Postgraduate studies (e.g., Digital Business, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence or Gen AI) or MBA.

- ? Experience in transformation-related projects.
- ? Experience in process design, mapping, and improvement.




- ? Experience in management consulting.
- ? Experience preparing reports (e.g., Sales Pipeline Analysis, Operations, Sales Flow, ADM Staff Management).
- ? Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- ? Experience in Change Management.
- ? Familiarity with VRO and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
