We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled English Department Coordinator to join our team in Córdoba.

She/ He will possess excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change, resolve conflicts and innovate in education. You should have exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to develop professionally and personally, work closely with families, manage pedagogical projects at a high level and plan annual objectives with efficient management.

Requirements for the position include:

- A valid teaching degree in English.
- Experience in bilingual schools and international exams.
- Proficiency in digital tools.
- Availability to work in the morning and/or in the afternoon shift. (30 hours)

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of great English teachers and our English program, ensuring our students to receive a high-quality education and to fulfil their English language potential. You will work closely with our team of teachers and staff,



creating and implementing effective teaching strategies and maintaining excellent relationships with our families.
