IT & Legal Recruiter (US Market)
Onsite – Buenos Aires, Argentina | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm CT

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced IT & Legal Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for U.S.-based clients hiring across technology, legal, and other professional services functions. This role requires a strong combination of sourcing expertise, candidate assessment capabilities, stakeholder management, and advanced English communication skills.

You will work closely with hiring managers and recruitment leadership to deliver high-quality talent for specialized roles while ensuring an efficient, organized, and data-driven hiring process. The adecuado candidate is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously and evaluating talent beyond resumes through structured interviews and meaningful candidate conversations.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies within IT or Legal sectors
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, from intake meetings through offer stages
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement experience
- Ability to assess technical, legal, and professional talent through structured interviews and evaluations
- Experience using ATS platforms and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation
- Demonstrated track record of achieving recruitment goals, candidate submissions, interviews, and successful placements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Strategy & Hiring Partnership

- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities through intake meetings and ongoing communication
- Advise stakeholders on talent availability, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies to support successful hiring outcomes
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, search progress, and hiring activity

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development





- Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and professional networks
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical, legal, and professional positions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and specialized roles

Candidate Assessment & Selection

- Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical competencies, legal expertise, professional experience, and cultural fit
- Prepare detailed candidate evaluations, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations in English
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear insights on strengths, risks, and overall fit

Recruitment Operations & Process Management

- Manage assigned requisitions throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely process execution
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communications
- Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate activity logs, interview documentation, transcripts, and evaluations

Team Collaboration & Performance Execution

- Collaborate with recruiting leadership and team members to achieve hiring objectives and improve recruitment processes
- Manage multiple open searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Track recruiting activity and performance metrics to support hiring goals and operational excellence

- Strong pipelines are consistently built; qualified IT and Legal professionals are identified and engaged efficiently
- High-quality candidate submissions lead to interview progression and successful placements
- ATS documentation remains accurate and up to date; hiring goals are achieved while maintaining quality standards
