Penmac Staffing is currently seeking applicants for a qualified candidate for a Quality Manager role to fill an opening with an employer located in Lincoln, AR.
The adecuado candidates should have a stable work history that demonstrates reliability.
In lieu of work history, will consider vocational/ technical high school and college courses and military service Requirements of the Quality Manager · Five or more years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience maintaining an ISO ****:****-certified quality management system.
· Working knowledge of AS****, with experience implementing, auditing, or preparing for certification.
· Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and root-cause investigations.
· Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and continuous- · Experience in electronics manufacturing, printed circuit board assembly, wire harness manufacturing, or electromechanical assembly.
· Experience with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, or AS****.
· Experience with SPC, Cp/Cpk, Gauge R&R;, and measurement-system analysis.
· Experience in aerospace, defense, ITAR-controlled, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

· Lead the development and implementation of systems needed for AS**** certification.
· Manage corrective actions, customer complaints, nonconforming material, and root-cause investigations.
· Develop and report quality metrics, including defects, scrap, rework, customer complaints, and corrective action performance.
· Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
· Ensure proper calibration and control of inspection and test equipment.
· Support supplier qualification, supplier corrective actions, contract review, and new-product introduction.
· Partner with production and engineering to improve process capability and prevent recurring defects.
