REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead roles within technical teams Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance is a plus CSM, PSM, or an equivalent certification is preferred Experience working with or alongside DevOps and platform engineering teams Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, GitHub, Jira, or similar platforms Hands‐on experience facilitating Scrum or Kanban ceremonies as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst,
