The IT department is seeking new candidates to its dynamic team. The department provides support worldwide to the Organizations all along the value chain from exploration through site development to production.
What role you will play in our team
The Financials IT Specialist - Associate supports the delivery and maintenance of IT solutions by performing basic configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities. This role works under guidance to ensure system stability and data accuracy while developing foundational IT skills and learning core business processes and technologies. It contributes to small‐scale enhancements and collaborates with IT teams and business users to resolve routine issues.
Our office is in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires and you will interact with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and users from all around the world.

What you will do
Troubleshoot and resolve routine system issues with guidance
Assist with minor enhancements and small‐scale IT projects
Configure system components using predefined rules and perform basic data maintenance
Participate in testing activities using predefined scripts and document results
Demonstrate basic understanding of supported business processes and related system functionality, data structures, and IT components
Build and maintain working relationships with key business and IT stakeholders
Collaborate with IT teams and service providers to maintain system integrity and integration
About You
Advanced English Skills
Understanding of various SAP Financial modules (FI – PRA – Procurement – TAX)
Experience in SAP S4 HANA or R3/ECC 6.0
Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging
