Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ISS initiatives including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance
Develop and maintain integrated project plans in collaboration with cross‐functional business, technology, operations, and sector teams
Manage project schedules, dependencies, and execution priorities to ensure timely delivery across initiatives
Coordinate resource planning, capacity tracking, and execution readiness across global and virtual teams
Facilitate project reviews, milestone checkpoints, and delivery readiness assessments to ensure timely and high‐quality execution
Establish and manage PMO governance processes including RAID logs, executive dashboards, action trackers, status reporting, and project documentation
Collaborate closely with EY GDS and EY US stakeholders across business, technology, operations, finance, and sector teams to drive execution alignment
Coordinate transition, deployment,



and operational readiness activities to support successful implementation and business adoption
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
10+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably within large, matrixed organizations
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Marketing or creative operations experience; agency-side experience will be an added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and reporting/dashboard preparation
Experience working with geographically distributed and general teams
