Core Responsibilities
Provide support in talent acquisition processes, onboarding, induction, exit, and management of employee documentation.
Collaborate in the administration of compensation and benefits, and coordinate activities with the HR Operations team.
Participate in training, development, and performance management initiatives.
Contribute to Employee Experience, engagement, and workplace climate initiatives, as well as the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
Requirements
Advanced students in Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields, with at least a year and a half remaining to complete their degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Intermediate/advanced level of English, both oral and written.
Results-oriented with the ability to execute tasks and meet objectives.
Proactive with initiative and willingness to learn.
