ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Argentina (preferably Buenos Aires).

ABOUT PROJECT

Our Client is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the USA, serving over 25 million members. ELEKS is expanding the team in Argentina to work with this client and contribute to delivering secure, high-quality technology solutions for the client’s enterprise ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced IT project leader to establish and lead a Transition Management Office (TMO), overseeing the end-to-end transition of services from one vendor to another across all key phases.

REQUIREMENTS

-

5-6+ years of experience in IT project management

-

Strong ITIL expertise with solid experience in Application Management Services (AMS)

-

Proven experience in managing stable production environments through effective governance of managed service vendors

-

Demonstrated ability to ensure service reliability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement within a vendor-driven support model

-

Strong project/program management skills with a track record of successful delivery

-

High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach

-

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-

Proven ability to manage complex vendor transitions and multi-party environments

-

Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly grasp and retain complex concepts

-

Persistent, accountable, and results-oriented, with strong follow-through

Fluent English

Own and drive end-to-end transition governance across all phases

Manage transition plans, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

Ensure quality gate compliance and execution discipline

Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting

Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively

Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readinessEnsure adherence to governance processes and sign-offs

-

Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady-state
