ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
Software Engineer (Web)
to build and ship a unified franchisee portal web application using ReactJS.
You will own complex and critical web-specific functionalities and user interfaces, write clean and well-tested TypeScript code, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
The role includes using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to support code scaffolding, testing, documentation, and solution prototyping.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and ship the unified franchisee portal web application using ReactJS;
Own complex and critical web-specific functionalities and user interfaces;
Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code and maintain high standards through code reviews and documentation;
Optimize web application performance for speed, responsiveness, and memory usage;
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues;
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to generate code scaffolding, write and review tests, create documentation, and prototype solutions;
Participate in Agile or product-centric delivery practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
MUST HAVES
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
3+ years of professional software engineering experience;
Solid experience developing software with JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS;




Experience building complex web interfaces and managing state in web applications;
Familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architectures;
Experience working with PostgreSQL and data persistence concepts;
Experience developing high-quality, maintainable code while adhering to secure coding standards and industry security best practices;
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
Ability to collaborate effectively within an engineering team;
Upper-intermediate English level.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Solid experience developing software in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native.
Deep experience building native mobile capabilities (e.g., camera, scanning) within React Native.
Experience optimizing mobile applications for offline use and tablet-specific form factors.
Familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architectures.
Experience working with databases (specifically PostgreSQL) and data persistence concepts.
Experience developing high-quality, maintainable code while adhering to secure coding standards and industry security best practices.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within an engineering team.
