More About Your Role
This role is to deliver sessions in the community, not within our Leisure centres.
Set up and manage a range of sustainable Healthy Communities projects/programmes that deliver measurable impact for communities outside our Leisure Centres in Northumberland, focusing on tackling health inequalities and inequalities of access.
Complete any monitoring and evaluation requested by line manager in line with current data protection protocols
In line with relevant training / qualifications held, deliver specific Healthy Communties projects/ programmes, e.g. Exercise Referral, Falls prevention, Mams on the Move, Group exercise sessions, Activities for young people, according to the parameters discussed with line manager.

More About You
Qualified instructor in relevant in relevant discipline to deliver sessions independently i.e. Fitness Instructor, Exercise Referral, Coaching, Group Exercise,



Pre-Post Natal - recognised by relevant governing bodies, such as: CIMSPA.
Experienced in planning, delivering and monitoring sessions.
Passion for improving the health of the local community.
Ability to use MS tools.
Full UK Driving License and willingness to drive a community van.
