DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solution Engineer to join our
Services team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation,
maintenance, and general support of IT, Networking, video and other security
systems, ensuring their efficient and reliable operation. This role requires
strong technical knowledge across various IT domains and excellent customer
service skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solution Engineer to join our

Services team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation,




maintenance, and general support of IT, Networking, video and other security
systems, ensuring their efficient and reliable operation. This role requires
strong technical knowledge across various IT domains and excellent customer
service skills.

- The Solution Engineer main objective is to ensure the optimal operation and

evolution of all systems related to a jail project in the province. Which
includes Datacenter, building, Servers, computers, telephony, software and
Video and Access Control solutions, ensuring smooth communication between the
customer and the support team.

- The Solution Engineer will act as the technical point of contact for support

activities, and will execute preventive and corrective activities in the jail
center of the city of Santa Fe. And will create and monitor guidelines to
ensure optimal performance of the systems, serving as the point of contact
for escalating issue
