ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
Senior Java Engineer
to develop and launch high‐impact page architectures addressing AI‐driven SEO disruptions for a large‐scale job search platform. You will design and build backend services using Java and Spring, work across MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake to support data‐driven traffic recovery initiatives, and architect conversion funnels that align organic traffic acquisition with core revenue goals. The role requires 4+ years of Java production experience with strong Spring framework depth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead the strategic response to AI‐driven SEO disruptions by developing and launching high‐impact page architectures to improve organic search rankings.




Drive organic traffic recovery initiatives using data‐driven SEO strategies to reclaim market share impacted by AI‐generated search summaries.
Architect and optimize high‐revenue conversion funnels, aligning new traffic acquisition with business growth and monetization goals.
MUST HAVES
4+ years of experience with Java as the primary programming language
Strong experience with the
Spring framework
Experience designing and developing
APIs
Experience with
MySQL and PostgreSQL
Basic knowledge of
HTML and React
Familiarity with
MVC patterns and dependency injection
Experience with
Snowflake
