As an R&D; Associate Consultant, you'll help organizations in times of change whether that's a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these.
You will:Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer's business goals, processes, operations, and expectationsClearly define opportunities to deliver value to the customer by executing management consulting projectsDevelop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projectsDevelop engagement strategies and present findings and recommendations to team membersPlan and lead the execution of project engagementsConduct quality management oversight of project deliverablesDevelop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customersActively build a network of potential customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referralsBachelor's degree in life sciences or businessConsulting management experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting, or equivalent industryExperience working in one or more R&D; operational roles either in industry or consultingStrong presentation and business development skillsDesired Requirements:Master's degree in life sciences or businessAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse,
