Position title: SAP iXp Intern – General Recruiting Operations

Duration: 6 months, up to 18 months

Job Environment: Global Recruiting Operations is part of P&C; Services and operates globally with a regional structure. The team handles Interview Scheduling, Requisition Creation, Background Verification, Integral and Executive Onboarding, and candidate contact lines.

The role supports an HR Associate working in a hybrid, dynamic, and global environment, collaborating closely with other functional P&C; teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end hiring process.

Expectations and Tasks

- Work with the interview scheduling tool and provide support during the interview scheduling process.
- Offer consultations on tool functionalities to key internal stakeholders.
- Deal with enquiries related to interview and recruiting processes.
- Handle phone calls and enquiries received via the Global SAP Recruiting Hotline.
- Use SAP Recruitment tools (Success Factors, etc.) daily.
- Participate in additional activities and projects within the team.
- Maintain a continuous‑improvement mindset and support process enhancement and simplification.

- Must be a regular university student.
- Experience or knowledge or interest in recruiting.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work in a global team set up.
