About the Role

At PwC, the Senior Associate in risk and compliance focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, managing risks, and providing advisory solutions. The role involves navigating complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing internal controls, and developing business strategies to manage risks in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute strategies that manage and mitigate risks impacting client operations.
- Build and sustain meaningful client connections and advise on compliance matters.
- Use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
- Apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data for insights and recommendations.
- Understand project objectives and align work with overall business strategy.
- Maintain professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Qualifications

- +4 years of experience in legal, risk, or compliance environments.




- Supporting legal team operations, including SOPs, SORs, knowledge content, and Co‑pilot tools.
- Practical knowledge of CLM (Icertis preferred) and DMS privacy/risk tools (e.g., One Trust).
- Experience with eDiscovery and data tools (e.g., Exterro).
- Solid command of Microsoft 365 and advanced English.
- Nice to have: ITIL‑based service management and advanced French.
- Understanding of correct information management, information security, and data protection.
- Correct Information Security Management practices.
