I’m helping a company find a top talent to join their team freelance as an AI Animator - Short-Form Animated Ads.

You will scale general health brands by mastering AI-native animation and performance creative.

Compensation:

USD 2k /month.

Remote (for Philippines, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Poland, Peru, Ecuador, Albanië residents)

Responsibilities and more: We're a growing international consumer health brand scaling paid ads on Meta, and we're hiring ONE animator to own our short-form animated ad creative. Fully remote, full-time, working on European hours.

THE JOB

One animated ad batch per day: 1 hold (the main 15-45 second ad body) plus 3 hooks (different 0-3 second openers) to test against it. Vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Meta, captioned, with sound. Your work goes live and gets tested with real budget, and we share the numbers with you - most animators never find out whether their work actually sold anything.

AI-FORWARD ANIMATION

This is AI-native work, not a job where AI is a nice extra. You animate fast with AI (Kling, Veo, Google Flow, Higgsfield, Sora, Runway)



and finish in After Effects, Blender or CapCut. Claymation, 2D or 3D, motion, character work, mixed media - whatever holds attention in the first second.

CREATIVE FREEDOM

How you bring each concept to life is yours, as long as you apply the principles we teach you. We hire for your eye, not to get a robot.

WHAT WE NEED

- AI generation tools in your daily workflow, not something you tried once.
- Reliable daily output, 5 to 6 days a week.
- Strong written and spoken English. Every brief, all feedback and all voiceover scripts are in English.

PAY AND PROCESS $2,000 per month base, plus performance bonuses of up to $2,000 a month tied to ads that actually scale. We would rather pay a lot for someone whose ads win than a little for someone whose ads don't.

Paid in USD (Wise, Payoneer or USDT). Independent contractor role.

Process: Two paid test briefs at $65 each (paid based on quality), followed by a two-week paid trial and then a full-time position.
