Job Summary

For a major industrial plant located in Banda del Rio de Sali, Tucuman, we are seeking a Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

- Managing all activities related to plant operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality/Laboratory, Processes, and Logistics).
- Periodically evaluating production process management, optimizing costs, proposing projects, and defining production process standards.
- Planning and scheduling production, considering stock, raw materials, supplies, labor, shifts, etc.
- Managing laboratory activities.
- Directing the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and instruments.




- Controlling warehouse stock and product quality by conducting and analyzing scheduled and unscheduled inventories.
- Coordinating the dispatch of daily, weekly, and monthly orders.
- Developing and implementing quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety policies, in accordance with the company's internal requirements and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensuring compliance with the standards and indicators (KPIs) of productivity, quality, maintenance and cost.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene standards and the use of personal protective equipment.
