OBJECTIVE

Be part of a multi‑disciplinary team of Products Architects, and people with very diverse but specific skills such as UX, storytelling, Data Visualization, Python Scripting and deep‑industry knowledge. Contribute as a core team member, driving end‑to‑end change and results for our clients. We are looking for an out‑of‑the‑box thinker, passionate about innovation and agile development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Architect and develop web platforms that productize Finance data from the GCP lake, exposing curated datasets and analytical capabilities to Finance personas.

- Own stack decisions across frontend, backend, data access, integration, and AI layers for Finance‑facing digital products.

- Design and implement the integration fabric across GCP, AWS, Azure, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, and internal ERPs.

- Design the AI layer for Finance use cases, including agent frameworks, prompt design, validation logic, and testing protocols for variance explanation, forecast assistance, query generation, and anomaly detection.

- Embed statistical models (forecasting, anomaly detection, variance decomposition) and Generative AI capabilities directly into Finance applications.

- Build the complete full‑stack of applications with strong UX, ensuring solutions are secure, accessible, maintainable, scalable, and performant.

- Proactively simplify code, resolve architectural deficiencies, and create reusable Finance components that compound value across initiatives.

- Partner with Finance stakeholders, Data Scientists, UX designers, and product managers to translate Finance pain points into technical designs.

- Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing,



and continuous improvement.

- Support deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution in production environments hosting financial data.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2‑3 years of software development delivering high‑value business solutions.

- Ability to work across multiple Finance initiatives in parallel.

- Autonomous execution with judgment to escalations when blocked.

- Team‑oriented mindset, comfortable interacting with Finance business stakeholders to understand the product context.

- Proactive problem‑solver who brings solutions, not just questions.

- Effective verbal and written communication, including the ability to translate technical concepts for Finance audiences.

SKILLSET

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Solid experience with Node.js for backend development.

- Experience building RESTful APIs and understanding of microservices‑based architectures.

- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with the ability to model financial data structures (chart of accounts, hierarchies, time dimensions).

- Experience developing frontend applications using modern frameworks (React preferred).

- Experience developing frontend applications using modern frameworks (React preferred), including data visualization libraries such as D3.js for building custom Finance dashboards and interactive charts.

- Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.)

- Knowledge of software development best practices (clean code, version control, CI/CD).

- Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum / Kanban).

- Demonstrated ability to understand Finance business context or strong willingness to acquire it rapidly.

- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, non‑negotiable when working with financial figures.

- Willingness and curiosity to apply Generative AI within Finance use cases.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience integrating or embedding Power BI reports using Power BI Embedded with row‑level security propagation.

- Python proficiency for data processing, statistical analysis, and automation, including libraries such as pandas, numpy, statsmodels, scikit‑learn, prophet, and PyOD.

- Experience connecting GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions) to web applications for Finance data lake consumption.

- Familiarity with the Microsoft Finance ecosystem: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Excel integration via Microsoft Graph API.

- Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of data modeling, analytics, and BI concepts applied to financial reporting (star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, period‑over‑period comparisons).

- Hands‑on experience with financial data or finance‑related applications (ERP integrations, reconciliation, forecasting, management reporting).

- Exposure to Generative AI integration patterns: retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and using LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) for document understanding and narrative generation in regulated environments.
