We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining web experiences within HubSpot and other CMS platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to implement custom modules, templates, and integrations that support marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Mexico.

Responsibilities: Develop and customize responsive websites, templates, and landing pages using HubSpot CMS

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional, accessible web interfaces

Build reusable components and front-end modules using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular

Work with HubSpot CRM to build workflows, automate marketing tasks, and integrate forms or data-driven components

Extend backend functionality using Node.js and build/consume RESTful APIs

Manage code versioning and collaboration using Git

Ensure all deliverables meet Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG) by testing with tools like Lighthouse, WAVE, and screen readers

Troubleshoot and optimize performance across all devices and platforms

Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to support ongoing digital campaigns and initiatives Requirements Proven experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL templating language (strongly preferred)

Solid frontend development skills: HTML5, CSS3,



CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular

Hands-on experience with Node.js or RoR for backend logic and API integration

Strong understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and marketing automation workflows

Proficiency in Git and collaborative development practices

In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and ability to implement and test for compliance
