Overview
We are seeking an Executive Producer to join the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (KAC). The Center delivers world‑class cultural, educational, and creative experiences. Through its Performing Arts unit, it develops and delivers theatre, film, and multidisciplinary programs that support artistic development, cultural exchange, and audience engagement.
Your primary role is to lead the planning, execution, and administration of the Center’s annual theatre program, ensuring productions, events, and activities are delivered to high artistic, operational, and financial standards. The role supports cross‑functional collaboration, oversees budgets and schedules, and ensures alignment with the Center’s programming vision and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities




- Lead the planning and delivery of theatre productions, events, and activities.
- Develop strategic and operational plans, scopes of work, contracts, and agreements to support program delivery.
- Manage internal and external resources, contractors, and partners to ensure effective execution of theatre programs and services.
- Maintain the multi‑year theatre calendar and budget, ensuring alignment with program priorities and financial accountability.
- Lead and manage the producing team, while supporting team development and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identify and develop opportunities for new works and artistic initiatives that support the Center’s reputation and audience engagement.
