We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Legal Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our growing Personal Injury team. The adecuado candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a U.S. personal injury law firm

, supporting attorneys and case managers throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, strong administrative abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and case managers handling personal injury cases.
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties in both English and Spanish.
- Open and maintain client files, ensuring accurate documentation and organization.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence and case-related documents.
- Request and follow up on medical records, bills, police reports, and other supporting documentation.
- Assist with case intake and client onboarding processes.
- Schedule appointments, hearings, depositions, and meetings.
- Maintain case management software and update case notes regularly.




- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with settlement documentation and case resolution processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and client inquiries.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant, Case Assistant, or similar role within a U.S. Personal Injury law firm .
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of personal injury case procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience using legal case management systems and client databases.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
