We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Legal Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our growing Personal Injury team. The adecuado candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a U.S. personal injury law firm, supporting attorneys and case managers throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, strong administrative abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and case managers handling personal injury cases.
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties in both English and Spanish.
- Open and maintain client files, ensuring accurate documentation and organization.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence and case-related documents.
- Request and follow up on medical records, bills, police reports, and other supporting documentation.
- Assist with case intake and client onboarding processes.
- Schedule appointments, hearings, depositions, and meetings.
- Maintain case management software and update case notes regularly.




- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with settlement documentation and case resolution processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and client inquiries.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant, Case Assistant, or similar role within a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of personal injury case procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience using legal case management systems and client databases.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
