Junior Operations Supervisor

Solvo General is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to support daily operations and lead teams within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role is ideal for professionals with supervisory experience who are passionate about people management, performance improvement, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of customer service or BPO associates.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and performance coaching.
- Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Handle escalations and help maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a BPO environment.




- Experience managing KPIs, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
