Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Craft original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels

Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy

Develop prompts specifically aimed at surfacing weaknesses in AI responses

Create prompts that evaluate AI performance on safety, tone, and factual correctness

Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision

Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback from project leads
