Pipeline Builder - Junior Recruiter On Site (Mendoza, Argentina; Merida o Chihuahua, Mexico) - Lunes a viernes 8am a 6pm About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Pipeline Builder to support our recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. This is an entry-level role, idóneo for candidates with a background in sales who are interested in developing a career in talent sourcing and recruitment. Responsibilities

Identify and build pipelines for open and upcoming positions.

Conduct outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.

Maintain records and pipeline data in the ATS.

Support recruiters by pre-screening profiles based on role requirements.

Follow up with candidates to assess interest and availability.

Collaborate with TA team to prioritize sourcing needs.

Ensure tracking and timely updates of sourcing activity.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience — at least 1 year in sales or recruitment (recommended), or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Conversational

English level B2+ Comfortable with outreach — follow-ups and relationship building.

- Highly organized with good time-management abilities.
