Responsibilities:

- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders

- Stock shelves and organize the stockroom for efficient retrieval

- Process returns, exchanges, and damaged goods

- Support seasonal resets and promotional setups

- Assist with cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures

- Coordinate restocking with sales floor staff

Requirements:

- Prior retail or stockroom experience preferred

- Comfortable with an active role involving regular movement and handling of merchandise during shifts

- Familiarity with POS/inventory systems a plus

- Strong attention to detail
