Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated, locally connected individual in Brazil to serve as our On-Site Ambassador, responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and collecting task-demonstration videos (e.g., housekeeping, hospitality, and related service-industry tasks) from local contributors. This is a ground-floor opportunity: strong performers will be given the chance to lead Brazil's ambassador network as we scale and onboard additional ambassadors across the country. What You'll Do:

Identify and recruit qualified local contributors (e.g., hotel/hospitality workers) able to record specified task videos

Coordinate filming logistics - locations, equipment access, scheduling - with contributors

Review submitted videos for quality, accuracy, and completeness before forwarding for approval

Act as the primary point of contact between contributors and our team

Track submissions, payments, and contributor status

Provide feedback and guidance to help contributors meet video specifications

As the network grows, help identify, train, and oversee additional ambassadors in other regions of Brazil Requirements:





Based in Brazil, with strong local networks in hospitality, service, or gig-work communities

Fluent in Portuguese; working English proficiency preferred for coordination with our team

Prior experience in recruiting, coordinating freelancers, community management, or similar roles is a strong plus

Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, file uploads, and communication (WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Drive, or similar)

Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable - this role requires minimal supervision

Access to smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection Compensation:

Pay per video collected and approved (rate disclosed at offer stage, varies by task complexity)

Additional coordination/leadership incentive as the ambassador network grows

Clear payment terms and schedule confirmed before start

Growth path into a paid Country Lead role overseeing multiple ambassadors, with associated compensation increase
